Architecturally designed by BDA Architecture in Mermaid Beach and soon to be delivered by Davey Constructions, the home presents a striking yet understated street presence. A carefully composed palette of organic materials; natural stone, vertical timber battens and lush landscaping, it creates a soft, textural façade that balances privacy with warmth.

The design is centred around capturing the morning sun, with the home orientated east to maximise natural light and coastal breezes. Layered screening and deep overhangs provide both protection and visual depth, while allowing filtered light to move through the spaces throughout the day.

A strong emphasis has been placed on craftsmanship, custom joinery and interior details. The interplay between raw and refined finishes; stonework, timber elements and clean architectural lines results in a contemporary home that feels grounded, timeless and connected to its environment.
