Designed by Stuart Osman, the home showcases hallmark French Provincial elements, most notably the elegant façade articulation. Carefully crafted window mouldings and pronounced quoining frame the structure, creating depth and symmetry while reinforcing the home’s European influence. These external features set the tone for the level of detail carried throughout the build.

Internally, the home is layered with custom finishes that elevate both character and warmth. Wainscoting has been applied to key feature walls, providing texture and a sense of traditional craftsmanship, while decorative ceiling mouldings introduce a refined architectural rhythm across living spaces.
