The Kira House

This luxury renovation was completed in late 2019. This bespoke architectural home was designed by our clients, and good friends from Kira & Kira in collaboration with the very talented Stuart Osman.

The design concept behind this build was Mid-century modern, Palm Springs style with a twist. Coming from a background in design and interiors, Grason & Simone’s innovation and artistry have made ‘The Kira House’ an architectural masterpiece here on the Gold Coast. With the 70’s kidney shaped formed concrete pool & canal on the other side, this home is perfect for entertaining. This home is luxury lifestyle on the Gold Coast in all it’s glory.

This journey of the renovation of The Kira House was documented and aired on Channel 9 Life as part the Ready Set Reno show. The show is hosted by non-other than the very talented Michael and Carlene who were part of The Block in 2014.
